Service Description

Pre-workout stretching improves blood flow, coordination and warms up the muscles. Post-workout stretches eliminates soreness, cramping and helps in faster recovery.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Session time begins on time and if you arrive late you will still be billed for the entire session but limited to remaining time. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
